At Akuro, we see digitalisation as more than just technology, BIM models and digital tools. For us, it is about creating smarter ways of working, better collaboration and more efficient construction projects. We believe in the power of combining project management with digitalisation and, above all, in turning new opportunities into real value within our projects. We are now looking for an Assistant Digitalisation Manager who wants to be part of our future development.
Our core business is project management within urban development and construction. Akuro works on assignments for both large and small property owners, covering everything from housing, offices and retail to schools, healthcare and industry. We are driven by being effective leaders who, together with our clients, can lead projects from planning to handover.
Our focus areas are leadership, sustainability and innovation. In all our commitments, every employee is expected to be a skilled leader, maintain a holistic approach to sustainability, and remain open and curious about innovation. We always strive to be at the forefront, both in our working methods and our technical solutions.
As an Assistant Digitalisation Manager, you will work closely with our project managers, providing support in BIM, information management and digital workflows. You will create structure, implement and follow up on digital processes, help projects utilise platforms, and contribute with training, documentation and quality assurance. You will also be part of our innovation group, which drives Akuro’s own development forward.
Who you are & your background
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to help develop how we work in the construction industry. With us, you will get to combine technology, people and project management, learn from experienced colleagues and contribute with new ideas and perspectives.
You have a degree in construction, civil engineering, BIM, digitalisation or a similar relevant field. You have a basic understanding of BIM, models and digital information management. Experience with Dalux, Forma, StreamBIM or similar platforms is an advantage.
You are highly motivated and have a strong interest in project management, process development and digital working methods. You work in a structured and efficient manner and communicate easily with various roles within a project.
What we offer
Our core resource is your expertise. That is why we place great emphasis on development, both individually and collectively. You will be given responsibilities that grow with you, in some of the region's most exciting projects.
Akuro is a values-driven company, which means we let our core values permeate everything we do, both towards our clients and, of course, you as an employee. Our core values are Commitment, Value and Care; we believe these define us and our work.
