Digitalisation Manager

Gothenburg

At Akuro, we see digitalisation as more than just technology, BIM models and digital tools. For us, it is about creating smarter ways of working, better collaboration and more efficient construction projects. We believe in the power of combining project management with digitalisation and, above all, in turning new opportunities into real value for our projects. We are now looking for a Digitalisation Lead who wants to be part of our future development.

‍

Our core business is project management within urban development. Akuro works on assignments for both large and small property owners, covering everything from residential, office and retail projects to schools, healthcare and industrial facilities. We are driven by being effective leaders who, together with our clients, can manage projects from planning through to handover.

‍

Our focus areas are leadership, sustainability and innovation. In all our commitments, every employee is expected to be a skilled leader, maintain a holistic approach to sustainability, and remain open and curious about innovation. We always strive to be at the forefront, both in our working methods and our technical solutions.

‍

As a Digitalisation Lead, you will manage digitalisation assignments and act as a strategic advisor to clients and project organisations. You will move between strategy and implementation, helping clients turn goals, requirements and digital strategies into working methods that function in the day-to-day life of a project. This may involve developing processes and information management, leading workshops and change management, or introducing new digital tools. The role is closely linked to project management, design management, BIM coordination and production. You will also be part of our innovation group, which drives Akuro's own development forward.

‍

Who you are & your background

‍

We are looking for an experienced Digitalisation Lead who wants to help drive development forward. You have a deep understanding of projects, organisations and information flows, and you view digitalisation as a tool for creating better projects. With us, you will lead digitalisation assignments and help shape how we at Akuro develop our working methods and our offering within the field of digitalisation.

‍

You have a degree in construction, urban development, BIM, digitalisation or a similar relevant field. This role requires at least 3 - 5 years of experience in digitalisation, BIM, information management, design management or similar within the construction and property sector. You must have a good understanding of BIM processes, information requirements, digital platforms and information flows, and be confident in client dialogue and in the role of an advisory consultant. You work in a structured and efficient manner and are a skilled leader.

‍

Experience with KMA (Quality, Environment and Work environment), inspections and case management, as well as platforms such as Dalux, StreamBIM or Forma, is an advantage. Experience from the production side is also considered a merit.

‍

What we offer

‍

Your expertise is our core resource. That is why we place great emphasis on development, both individually and collectively. You will work on some of the region's most exciting projects, close to both clients and project teams, alongside colleagues with extensive industry experience.

‍

Akuro is a values-driven company, which means we let our core values permeate everything we do, both in relation to our clients and, of course, to you as an employee. Our core values are Commitment, Value and Care; we believe these define us and our work.
