We are now looking for an installation strategist to contribute to our clients' renovation and new construction projects through all phases of the assignment, from initial concepts to completed solutions. You will combine a strategic approach with a practical understanding of design, construction, and operation, acting as a liaison between the property owner and the technical decisions in the project.
In the role of installation strategist, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues and often be part of teams assembled based on project needs. You will be responsible for the assignment's finances, timeline, and quality, to an extent that depends on your experience and the project's complexity.
Job Responsibilities
- Support clients on installation-related matters
- Contribute to system selection and defining requirements
- Review technical solutions
- Involved in the procurement of both consultants and contractors
Desired Qualifications
- University degree related to the construction and property industry, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on installations.
- Education in project and design management, leadership, negotiation techniques, or advanced contract law is a plus.
- At least five years of relevant work experience.
