The project is located in Eriksberg in the municipality of Gothenburg, with property designation Sannegården 91:8. The project comprises the new construction of a residential block consisting of 91 apartments and a communal facility with overnight accommodation.
The residential block consists of two building volumes – a slab block and a tower block – joined together by an underlying garage with an associated basement. The basement contains, among other things, plant rooms, bicycle storage, residents' storage and a pram room.
Akuro has been commissioned to lead the design management for Nordr.
