Akuro has been commissioned by Norditek to project manage the construction of a new business center in Kungsbacka. Norditek specializes in circular material handling, and a key principle of the project has been to integrate the essence of their operations into the construction process.
Norditek Recycling Lab will consist of three integrated buildings housing test labs, training facilities, offices, and machine demonstrations. The buildings have a total area of 1,350 sqm and a volume of 6,000 m³. The project is characterized by a strong focus on circularity and climate-smart material choices.
Akuro has been involved in the project since its early stages, providing project advisory and sustainability strategy, and is currently handling project management and construction management. Construction is scheduled to start in 2025.
