At Nya Ullevi, along Gothenburg's events avenue, rises Alecta Fastigheter's 'Ullevi Park' – a modern office property of 16 storeys with innovative architecture and flexible working environments. With a floor area of just over 14,500 m², the property offers offices, terraces, a restaurant, and meeting and conference facilities.
Alecta Fastigheter has carried out a thorough upgrade of the property over recent years, with a focus on sustainability and function, investing in energy efficiency, EV charging points, interior design concepts and the expansion of shared spaces. Akuro's role has been to support Alecta primarily with project and design management, as well as control management (KA), construction management, sustainability coordination and BIM across a large number of tenant adaptations.
Tenants are moving in on a rolling basis throughout 2024–2025. The design-and-build contractors are WH Bygg and Brixly.
