On behalf of Steptura, Akuro is working on the major project Näst Hill House, an important landmark in the new urban district Innovation Destination Torslanda.
Akuro is managing the tenant fit-outs and has, among other things, overseen the renovation of the new coworking space "Näst Hill House Workspace". This coworking space is a result of the redevelopment of Volvo's former headquarters. Näst Hill House will also house a gym, restaurant, office spaces, and conference facilities.
The Näst project is managed by property owner Steptura.
Näst Hill House has an area of approximately 31,000 m2 and will be fully completed during 2027.
The entire Näst Innovation Destination Torslanda will comprise approximately 200,000 m2 GFA and will house, among other things, offices, labs, coworking spaces, and services.
